In the evolutionary approach you try to make small changes in your current organization to slowly progress towards achieving this ideal. In this case, the revolutionary approach is where we think about creating a new company, or magically transforming your existing company instantaneously into the 'fantasy' company - and what would that fantasy look like. In most areas of research there are two separate approaches: revolutionary and evolutionary. So how do we design the ‘best’ company possible? The ‘best’ company is the one that has set up its internally structures so as to maximize revenues, profits, employee satisfaction and retention, supports creativity and innovation at all levels.
